Yes, I do like fish, but that is not why I fish. To me a fishing trip, even for a few hours, is like a holiday. It is an activity that is so far removed (yet occasionally so demanding of one's attention) that it is nigh impossible to have another worry in the world at that moment in time.
Escapism at it's best with the pleasant distractions of whales breaching and dolphins riding the boat's wake in a sea of colour and expansiveness as far as the eye can see.
